Overview

January Reset was a curated wellness retreat bringing together 10 Passes creators for an immersive, IRL experience designed to foster reset, reflection, and meaningful connection. Hosted in Idyllwild, CA, the retreat created a calm, intentional environment where creators could step away from daily noise, reconnect with themselves and each other, and leave feeling inspired and supported.

Scope & Impact

• Led end-to-end concept development, production, and execution of a multi-day wellness retreat focused on creator care and community building

• Designed a cohesive experience that balanced structured programming, downtime, and organic content capture

• Aligned partners, facilitators, and environment to support emotional well-being, creativity, and authentic connection

• Managed retreat flow, guest experience, and on-site logistics to ensure a seamless, restorative experience

• Strengthened creator relationships and brand affinity through shared moments rooted in intention, trust, and presence
