• Managed artist hospitality and riders, ensuring a seamless, confidential, and artist-first experience from arrival through performance

• Provided on-site production and operational support, including stage flow, timing, and real-time problem solving during live events

• Acted as a liaison between artists, production teams, and brand stakeholders to protect the energy, safety, and authenticity of each experience

• Helped create a consistent cultural moment that drew creatives, tastemakers, and community members into the brand ecosystem
